To use our Services, you may be required to create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. 5. Fees and Payment Terms

a. Membership Fees

Membership fees for SOL Tribe Services, including the Sacred Circle VIP tier, are billed as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

b. Payment Methods

We accept payments through Paypal, Stripe, and SOLAI SYSTEMS. , our exclusive payment and processing platform. By submitting payment information, you authorize Solai Systems to charge all applicable fees through this secure system.

c. Revenue Sharing and Compliance

Any attempts to bypass Solai Systems by initiating off-platform payments directly with other members, clients, or third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

d. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please contact [email protected] or follow the instructions provided in your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through SOL Tribe Services, including but not limited to video courses, session recordings, documents, and community resources, are the intellectual property of SOL Tribe or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Use of Services

a. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SOL Tribe Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Any misuse, including but not limited to harassment, unauthorized access attempts, or disruptive behavior within our community, will result in disciplinary actions.

b. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any activity that could damage or interfere with SOL Tribe operations.Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate our systems or content.Using Services for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

SOL Tribe Services, including coaching, meditation, and breathwork sessions, are intended solely for educational and personal development purposes. We do not provide medical, psychological, or other licensed professional services, and SOL Tribe does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental or physical health conditions. Participation is voluntary and should be done under the advice of a qualified professional.
